Who will clean my home?
Our associates are single women with and without children who are looking for a way to support themselves and/or their family. These women know what it’s like to live a busy lifestyle and they understand how important it is to have someone you can trust in your home. As a matter of fact, we ask you to complete a satisfaction survey after each service to ensure we are meeting or exceeding your expectations and to learn how we can better serve you.

Who provides cleaning products?
We provide everything necessary to clean your home. If there is any special product you would like for us to use, just let us know. We are also able to use only Green Cleaning supplies so let’s talk about your needs.
What do I have to do to prepare for the services?
Not a lot – that’s what you hire us for! We just ask that you remove any clutter to allow us more time to work on cleaning surfaces and sanitizing your home. Also, find a safe place for your pets. While we love pets, we are focused on cleaning and want to ensure they are safe. If you choose to have us change linens, simply place clean linens on the bed. We will remove dirty linens from beds and place them in the laundry room. Leave us a note if there’s anything special we need to know – and that’s it. Enjoy your day!
Does someone have to be home during cleaning?
The short answer is no. But we realize some people want or need to be home during the cleaning. So, it’s up to you. If you don’t want to be there (which most clients do not want to be and we totally get that!) then that’s fine. But if you work from home or need to be there, we will work with you to clean each and every room with as little disruption to you as possible. Since our associates are insured and bonded, you can trust that your home and personal belongings are completely safe and secure whether you are at home or not.
How long does it take to clean?
That depends on the size of your home, number of rooms, and services requested. For example, a home to a family with several small children may (or may not) take more time than a home for empty-nesters. A large home will take more time than an apartment. We will estimate the time for cleaning during our initial complimentary visit with you and price services accordingly.
How much are cleaning services?
Just like the time it takes to clean, pricing is based on the size of your home, services requested, presence of shedding pets, and other factors. We will discuss your requests and provide you with a reasonable price after our initial complimentary visit with you. Service satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
How can I provide feedback on my house cleaner?
After each visit, we provide you with a client-feedback card. We encourage you to complete the card and return it to us. You may also contact us directly by phone, email, or text for any questions or feedback you have. We appreciate the opportunity to provide our associates with great feedback and our associates strive to never hear anything otherwise! Your feedback is great motivation for ongoing excellence.
Are contracts for services required?
Never. We want you to be 100% satisfied and we work hard to gain your trust and commitment so contracts are not required. We believe highly satisfied clients will continue with our services as long as they would like and are able. Of course, scheduling is always easier when we have an ongoing planned schedule, but there is never any obligation to continue services should you decide to discontinue at any time.
